Checking In

You will be able to check-in according to the time on your reservation.

Steps​

Navigate to 'Account > Bookings'

Account to Bookings

Find the booking you want to check-in for. Keep in mind, you will not be able to check-in for bookings until the Check-in Time.

Select 'Check-in'

Bookings Page

Review the transaction details and 'Approve'.

Several things happen at check-in:

  • Payment is taken
    • Full payment for short term bookings (length < 30 days)
    • Partial payment for long term bookings (length >= 30 days)
  • Reward is paid
    • Full reward for short term bookings
    • Partial reward for long term bookings
  • Security Deposit is moved to an escrow
  • Selected Pass is moved to an escrow
    • This acts as your digital key for the unit

Check-in Transaction

The status of this booking is now 'Checked-in'.
