Gold Pass

A Gold Pass is a token on the Aptos Blockchain. It can be traded, sold, or passed down to heirs. It is like a digital key to any available unit in our network.

The experience this key provides is similar to owning a condo, where an owner only pays HOA and other additional costs, but not a mortgage or rent. Any booking through this pass is still subject to lease terms.

Rights

Gives the owner a right to book an available unit, rent-free, at any ReCoop property.

Additional Charges and security deposits still apply to bookings made with this pass.

Bookings are still subject to lease terms, with a maximum lease term of 1 year.

Utility

Pass (Silver or Gold) is required for booking. With a Gold Pass selected for your booking, the entire booking price will be discounted. Additional charges and security deposit will still apply. Rewards will be based on total additional charges.

Upgrading

This is the highest pass level. It does not hold a points balance and cannot be upgraded.

Example

While creating a booking, a potential tenant selects a Gold Pass in their account. The 'Booking Price' is discounted to $0. The maximum term for this booking will be 1 year.

The COOP rewards will be based off of additional charges only, excluding the 'Security Deposit'. So this booking would be rewarded with 20 COOP upon payment. Rewards are still subject to maximum daily reward limit.
